CROSS COUNTRY in St. Moritz
Cross-country skiing is often self-taught and therefore lacks some fundamental teachings for correct technique and for riding uphill and downhill safely. A good basic technique is essential in cross-country skiing and will allow you to follow wonderful itineraries through the woods and glimpses of the Engadine lakes, from Maloja to Pontresina or Zuoz passing from Silvaplana, St. Moritz and Celerina.
Classic cross-country skiing is also the starting point for those who want to learn the skating technique, which is faster and requires greater balance. This technique, even more, requires a solid foundation, which can only be acquired with a qualified instructor.
