PERSONAL TRAINING – PREPARATORY EXERCISES FOR SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING
Getting physically ready before starting your ski holiday is very important for skiing in total safety. We offer you a personalized training programme, based on your age and sporting preparation, with quick and easy exercises to do in the two or three weeks before departure. 20 minutes a day will be enough to stimulate the muscles that will be stressed by skiing and snowboarding and to better protect the knees.
